  • • The contract period cannot be extended.(Can be extended if both A and Bagree in a discussion)
  • If the property and incidental facilities are damaged due to the negligence of the lessee, the property must be restored to its original state at the expense of the lessee.
  • The fee of electric,gas and water are included in the rent.However,if the bill will be over ¥15,000 per 30 days,the lessee has to pay the balance.
  • Guests can cancel until 30 days befor check in for a full refund.If they cancel less the 7 days before check in ,50% of the remaining nights will be refunded.After that . cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If smoking is found to have occurred inside the apartment, we will charge ¥50,000 plus consumption tax for the cost of replacing the wallpaper.
