2. Free PICK-UP, transport, and guidance to apartments. There is no need to visit our office if it is inconvenient for you to do so. We can arrange to pick you up from the nearest convenient location.
3. Free assistance with internet and utility set-up.
4. Optional assistance in furnishing apartments for an additional fee.
5. We can find weekly and monthly furnished apartments for short stays in Fukuoka.
6. Optional house-keeping service available (￥1,200 per hour and up).
7. Advice and assistance with:

  • Those without a guarantor
  • Key money

4. 家具付のお部屋をご希望のお客様には、有料にて手配致します。
5. ウイークリー、マンスリー（家具付）もご紹介しています。
6. ハウスクリーニングサービスの手配も致します。（1,200円/時間）
7. 保証人のいらっしゃらない方、敷金・礼金なし物件希望のお客様もご相談下さい。
